Why a hydro underwater treadmill rather than just a pool?

The hydrotherapy treadmill is the most sophisticated means of hydrotherapy available. The degree of activity is precisely controlled and may be 'fine-tuned' according to how patients are progressing through treatment. Our hydrotherapists are able to change the height of the water, the speed of the treadmill, the height of the treadmill incline and the temperature of the water to support the needs of the patient. The hydrotherapist is also on hand to aid correct gait.

Why choose us?

Our qualified hydrotherapists work alongside our fully qualified ACPAT and RAMP Physiotherapists to provide the very best rehabilitation programmes.

Following an initial assessment by a Veterinary Physiotherapist, an individually tailored rehabilitation plan will be devised for your pet, meeting their specific needs and helping to assist them towards a full recovery.

Our hydrotherapy treadmill is the only one in the Norwich region. The combination of state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified staff means your pet is being cared for in an environment with the highest standards of care.

Insurance

Did you know? Some insurance policies will cover the costs of hydrotherapy under 'complementary' treatment whilst others have a hydrotherapy section in the policy. Some policies will require a 'pre-authorisation' form to be confirmed prior to treatment. Our team will be happy to help with any queries you may have in regards to hydrotherapy and insurance.
